What We Do
Medical Air Response
Under Our Wing provides vital medical airlift transportation services for children and individuals who have become sick or injured and need to get back home where they can receive treatment and recover. Whether the call is a life saving medevac, movement for specialized treatment, or just getting someone closer to family while they battle a health crisis, we are there to answer the call.
Under Our Wing provides fixed-wing medical transport flights for low or no cost to the patient and their families. We get you home.

Who We Are
Under Our Wing is a public charity organized under IRC Section 501(c)(3) that arranges for medical air transportation. The cost of an air ambulance is often far outside the reach for many families. Critical to our mission of saving lives is to arrange for medical flight services with little or no cost to the patient or their family. We help individuals and their families who cannot obtain such services through insurance, government assistance, their own assets or other means.
